Advanced designer collection is seeking a Global Operations Executive
This role will execute with the Global Sales Operations Manager, Seasonal Sales, GP plans and forecasting, ensuring a clear understanding of Sales Targets by Region
Responsibilities:
• Execute with Global Sales Operations Manager actioning ROI analysis for any Pop Up or tradeshow activation
• Execute the review and predation of end of season or Strategic summaries, communicating to the broader business, to assist in product, buying and marketing decisions
• Where required support any logistics initiatives that contribute to more streamlined deliveries and reductions in cost
Success in Strategy and Growth looks like…
Clear and validated financial targets exist and robust processes and operation underpin on time and in full service and delivery..
• Clear understanding of Wholesale Critical Path as it pertains to overall business Critical Path
• Input to Develop and constantly refine the end-to-end Wholesale Process and CP ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met and all Operations output is timely and accurate
• Work closely with Buying/Design/Planning/Finance to ensure open communication of Departmental CP
Success in E2E Critical Path Management looks like…
• Wholesale can achieve all its Strategic and financial targets due to an efficient and timely critical path.
• Understanding of Wholesale Customer Sales and Margin reporting, working closely with Wholesale Planner and Teams to ensure accuracy of data input that delivers accurate and timely reporting
Including but not limited to:
1. Weekly and Monthly invoicing and On Orders for all divisions. YTD/ TY vs LY vs Budget by customer/Region and margin.
2. Manage Budgeting by Customer spreadsheet ensuring constant up to date with Actuals and reforecasting
3. Margin reporting for all region/customers aligned with Category margin reporting from planning
4. Weekly debtors reporting for all divisions
• At order Placing have a clear understanding of % of Budgets achieved and assist with ensuring ATS proposals are sufficient to deliver on balance of Sales targets
Success in Financials looks like…
• Accurate reporting and data entry that always results in profitable decision making.
• Responsible for dispatch of all customer shipments, ensuring on time and accurate re-forecasting when delivery window cannot be met
• Timely and Accurate execution of the EDI process
• Coordinate the distribution and return of sales samples, marketing collateral and any other sales tools that require dispatch and delivery
• Execute Seasonal Product Uploads
• Work closely with WH team to ensure receipt and invoicing processes and communication are clear and effective. Attend weekly invoicing/dispatch meetings with WH ensuring weekly invoicing targets are met.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to regular review warehouse performance with compliance of SLA.
• Clear understanding and identifications discrepancies between WMS systems and ERP system. Execute action plans where necessary to resolve.
• Understand required interdepartmental process / co-ordination framework relating to design, sales, production, and distribution of product.
• Attendance of all production meetings, ensuring that all changes to delivery schedules and delivery qty on forward revenue is communicated and understood in the most timely and accurate manner to the end customer and greater wholesale business.
• Assistance to define, communicate and execute the Sales Order, through to Product delivery process for the Wholesale business.
• As required: Work closely with Finance and sales teams for all regions regarding Debtor management. Communication of impact on invoicing/late deliveries or cancellations of orders to Operations team.
• Advanced understanding of ERP systems and JOOR. Perform ongoing analysis and review of internal processes to ensure effective outcomes e.g on time in full deliveries.
• Understanding of Margin profitability of specific regional sales, and the consequent impact of timely dispatch and freight terms on region profitability.
• Coordinate the upload of ATS inventory, ensuring 100% accuracy of inventory
• Action the movement of accurate inventory between ATS/WH/Retail warehouses to ensure all systems reflect mirrored data and any data discrepancies to be communicated to the Global Sales Operations Manager.
• Enter all customer orders, ensuring the right prices are charged, coordinating and documenting customer shipments, preparing Pro Forma and Commercial Invoices and collecting payment where required
• Raise Credit notes for all approved RA’s
• Daily update of Wholesale Reports e.g. dispatch schedule, pick ticket summary, SOH
Success in operations and process looks like…
Smooth execution of the end to end Planning, Sales and Product delivery process and always delivering product on time and in full

• Ensure all work and non-work injuries are immediately reported to the Head of People and Culture in a timely manner
• Support injured Tribe Members and monitor Return To Work programs to ensure they are working safely, reporting any concerns immediately to the Head of People and Culture
• Train and monitor new Tribe Members in safe methods of working until they understand and demonstrate full competence, where required provide remedial training to address knowledge or performance shortfalls

– Support Channel Director, Regional Sales Teams and Global Sales Operations Manager with any additional ad hoc tasks
