Junior Jewelry Designer

Description

Successful Bridge Jewelry Company looking for Junior Designer to join the team. Will assist the Design Team to initiate and develop concepts needed for accounts.  401 with match.  Send work with resume.  Must have jewelry experience.

• Reporting to VP of Merchandising
• Assist team in conducting seasonal trend research
• Assist team in tasks needed to design jewelry categories specified
• Maintain sample and component library
• Field research and sample purchases
• Responsible for supporting preparation and organization of Design Presentation.
• General Office support

Qualifications:

• BFA and 2 year industry experience

• Must be able to sketch concepts by hand, be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point

• Awareness of competitive market

• Must poses s strong fashion sense and have ability to interpret trends

• Passion for jewelry

• Flexible with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in fast-paced

environment

• Organized, detail oriented and thorough

• Creative problem solver

• High energy/Strong Work Ethic

• Focus on team / relationship building
